Metal	Calligaris uses metal with two types of finish: chrome-plating or coating. The chrome-plating process deposits a layer of chromium on the metal giving it a shiny mirror finish and high resistance. The coating process involves applying a coat of coloured pigments made from metal powders to the substrate followed by a clear protective coat for gloss and abrasion resistance.
