Delivery

Once your goods arrive in stock, we will contact you by email to inform you and arrange a delivery date with you between Monday & Friday when you are able to accept delivery.

UK mainland delivery

  • Foscarini / Flos / Fatboy / Kartell = FREE DELIVERY
  • Orders up to £500 = £9.95
  • Orders £501 - £1000 = £39.95 
  • Orders over £1000 = £75.00 (Free Assembly*)
  • Collect from store = Free

For orders under £1000 and items eligible for free delivery we will send your goods via courier service when they arrive in stock. We will contact you by email to find out when you can accept delivery between Monday to Friday. Once booked we shall email you tracking details. For orders over £1000 we offer a 2 man home delivery service which includes free assembly of your goods. We use a trustworthy 3rd party aiming to deliver to you within 7-10 working days of your order arriving in stock, timeframe provided, your goods unpacked, assembled and unwanted packaging disposed of.

*Free assembly refers to basic home assembly of tables, chairs most beds but excludes wardrobes, system furniture, wall mounted furniture and light fittings.

Please Note: Free Delivery is not included on clearance items.  All prices cover UK mainland only, prices will be calculated at the check out stage.

Non-UK mainland delivery

50% surcharge applied to prices as set out above

Delivery Details

How we deliver to you

We use courier for small packages and a home delivery company for larger bulky item.  Once we are in receipt of your item(s) you will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date.  Our delivery service operates between Monday & Friday.

If you have ordered multiple items, we will send these out to you in one delivery once they all arrive to our store and they have been quality checked.

Tracking your delivery

If we have sent your goods via courier we will be able to provide you with a tracking number to track your goods via the courier website. For all other methods you will be provided a 2 – 3 hour timeframe you can also contact us for an update.

International delivery

We obtain the most competitive rates we can and contract an experienced team of freight forwarders. Goods can be delivered worldwide by air, road or sea backed by their modern communications systems which ensure accurate tracking of your goods.

Time frame and prices depend on geographical location, enquiries are welcome and quotes are provided upon request.

Insuring your delivery

For all our delivery methods we hold an "all risks" insurance policy covering your goods whilst in transit both within and outside the UK.  When you receive your delivery it is of the utmost importance that you check you have received the correct quantity and there are no apparent damages, you must sign for your goods accordingly, failure to do so may invalidate a claim to replace your goods. (This does not affect your statutory rights)

Installation options

Assembly of furniture includes assembly of free standing single items i.e. desks, dining tables, coffee tables & positioning of furniture. Items of furniture such as beds, wardrobes and wall mounted may require straightforward home assembly we can provide a quote on request.  If required we can recommend a fitted furniture specialist depending on the area you live, please contact us for details.

Delivery terms

We will aim to deliver your goods by the date requested and time specified, these times are not guaranteed sometimes things can happen outside our reasonable control, if your delivery is delayed the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time. Please see our full terms and conditions for further reading.

Delivery access

Please note, you are responsible for ensuring that items you order can be delivered to your property and room of choice, with safe and reasonable access from the public highway to the place of delivery.

You are also obliged to provide any required parking permits in advance of delivery. The delivery charge does not include any costs resulting from the removal of fixtures, including windows and doorways, or specialist lifting equipment.

If our delivery staff considers access unsafe, we will be unable to deliver your goods until safe access is provided.

Please note, if your orders cannot be delivered due to access restrictions, you remain liable for 50% of the order value and the full delivery charge.

If you have any concerns about access via restricted spaces, such as doorways, stairs, lifts or hallways, we strongly advise you contact us prior to purchase. In some circumstances our delivery staff will inspect the delivery address to confirm whether delivery will be possible.
