At Scossa we are determined to go to every length to ensure that you are a happy customer. This means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it.
We endeavour to assist you prior to making your purchase as there is nothing more disappointing than waiting for an item to be delivered to then find it to be unsuitable.
Please note that non-faulty goods must arrive with us in a resalable condition and the packaging intact for a refund to be issued.
Please contact us on 01772 713434 or send an email to email@example.com and we will guide you on how to return the non-faulty items and issue you with a completed Returns form. Please sign the form and include with your return. Failure to do this will delay your return being processed.
All you pay for is the delivery cost of returning the goods. We recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature on receipt, as this insures the package in case it goes missing. The item will remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at our returns address. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Once the item has been received at our showroom you will receive an email confirming receipt. After receipt of your goods we shall issue a refund. We aim to issue refunds within 14 working days and will be refunded to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase. Please note refunds take 5 working days to clear from the point of processing.
My item is faulty, can I return it?
If the item you have ordered is faulty you have 30 days in which to report it. Items damaged in transit or missing must be reported to Scossa within 24 hours of delivery. If the deadline for reporting missing items or damages during transit is not met, we regret that we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement goods. It is essential that packaging is also retained otherwise this will negate any action we can take to against the carrier and therefore remedy the situation.
If you find that your item(s) is defective please. Please contact us on 01772 713434 (or through our Contact us form) and we will guide you on what steps to take, the usual procedure is for us to establish the nature of the fault. We aim to repair where possible or provide you with a replacement either in full or in part as quickly as possible. All original packaging must be kept for inspection and photographs will be required before we advise the appropriate course of action. If necessary we will arrange for the return of the item(s) for inspection.
If the item is to be returned we will issue you with a completed Returns form. Please sign the form and include with your return. Failure to do this will delay your return being processed.
When returning faulty items we shall email you a prepaid returns label. Instructions of how to return the faulty item will be enclosed within the email. Simply follow the instructions and return your item. If required we shall appoint our own carrier to arrange collection of your item. Once the item has been received at our showroom you will receive an email confirming receipt.
After receipt of your goods we shall either send a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference. We aim to issue refunds within 14 working days. Please note refunds take 5 working days to clear from the point of processing.
What items can't be returned?
We regret that we cannot accept returns on the following non-faulty products:
Items that have been personalised, made to order or customised in any way.
The packaging or any of the individual product components has been unsealed or damaged.
Items that are non-faulty arrive at Scossa in a non-resalable condition. In this case we will not be able to offer you a refund. We will call you to arrange to send the item back to you and to take payment for the subsequent delivery costs.
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us on 01772 713434. If your goods have been despatched before cancellation you will be liable for the costs of returning the unwanted items.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
